MARKETING DIRECTOR : Vaibhav D
The brand ambassador of the organization who always has something positive to say. An ever optimist who excels in motivation and spreading optimism when it is needed the most. He is the one who has made client relationship his forte and has the reputation of seldom saying no to a client and making sure the company delivers the same. Also an engineering graduate and a graduate in International Business from the prestigious and elite “University of St Andrews, Scotland” (a 600 year old educational institution) and presently the chairman of its Alumni body in India. An entrepreneur from a very early age and has various industry exposures to his credit from Alcoholic beverages to textiles to leather and animation. Vaibhav is presently holding Directorial positions in textile spinning company and also a large alcoholic beverages producer. Apart from this he is also a director in a finished leather export company. An individual who does not believe in the easy way out and hence is always bringing in new tasks and sets new boundaries for the firm.
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR : Samrat Reddy
The heart of the organization pumping adrenalin into the veins, he truly believes in the phrase “Impossible is nothing”. A graduate in engineering and postgraduate in Management studies from “The University of Strathclyde, Glasgow”. He started his professional career as an employee of Infosys in Australia and quit because of his urge to create and lead. His skill as a communicator and team leader has ensured that we at Hestia are more of a family than colleagues. His unique ability of living a problem before solving it has ensured that the Hestia family has very few hiccups along the way. Apart from his responsibilities at Hestia Studios, he was also AGM Operations in Delta Pre Engineered Buildings (a leading PEB fabricator in India). He is also a Director in SVS International, a finished leather export company, with its main clients in Europe and China. An individual who loves challenges and always manages to rise up to them, Samrat has instilled into the firm a hunger for success.
TECHNICAL HEAD : Arun Kumar
A graduate in BBA and a certified professional photographer, He spends his time contemplating on how to improve the technical aspects (Lighting in scenes, the photo realism of the output, etc.) and strives to streamline the work at Hestia Studios. He is also part of the few who has had the opportunity to be trained by “Vladislav” and thus contributes immensely to the technical aspects of the firm. He constantly endeavors to learn new platforms and brings in new domains into the firm. Arun is a person who wears his heart on his sleeve, his never say quit attitude has managed to rub onto the entire team and has ensured that Hestia very rarely misses deadlines and assurances or rather deny a client’s requirement. On his part as technical head, he not only ensures that we are always on the right track but also are giving it our best to deliver the best.
CREATIVE AND QUALITY HEAD : Logesh V
An artist by birth, he has channeled his creative juices to head the quality team at Hestia Studios. After completing his BCA from the renowned Loyola College, Chennai, (and also a graduate from the Image Academy of 3D animation), he shunned numerous offers from information technology related firms to follow his passion and be part of something he truly excels in. Over time he has truly developed a panache for creating photo realistic master pieces. Hence forming one of the most important pillars of Hestia Studios A perfectionist in his own right and an individual who aims to awe the customer with every product leaving the firm. His search has lead to him to “Vladislav Zaletsky” (one of the foremost experts in V-Ray and 3Ds Max) from Russia and has had the opportunity to be trained by him and a few more experts in the field. This has ensured that the products coming out of Hestia Studios sets benchmarks in terms of quality and design.
