Mr. Padwojewski is a pioneer in 3D visualization and a well-acclaimed artist. His MOTYW studio www.motyw.info/en is based out of Gdansk, Poland and he is a giant among men in his field. His in-depth research and vast experience in the field enables him to create photo realistic images like no other. Mr. Padwojewski’s works are highly acclaimed on international graphics forums and have received much acclaimed and prestigious awards, proving their excellent quality and outstanding expression. ADVISOR – GENERAL BUSINESS AND STRATEGY : K Dhanakumar
Mr. K Dhanakumar comes from a well-established lineage of business. He is a 4th generation industrialist and has completed a postgraduate in Business administration from USA and has well over 20 years of experience in manufacturing (which includes textile spinning) and production. Mr. Dhanakumar is the Joint Managing Director in one of the largest manufacturers of IMFL (Imperial Group) in India. He is also a Director in companies having interests in Software Education and Development, Textiles, Agro Chemicals and Automobiles etc. Mr. Dhanakumar’s immeasurable industry wide knowledge and experience goes a long way in guiding Hestia Studios making the right decisions and reach our lofty goals.
ADVISOR – STRATEGY AND PLANNING : Raja Narreddy
An entrepreneur to the core and a sharp business strategist, Raja Narreddy is the MD and CEO of Delta Pre Engineered Buildings Pvt. Ltd and also the founder and director of Quantum Asia Pvt. Ltd. Prior to starting Quantum Asia and Delta, Raja Narreddy started his entrepreneurial endeavors in the United States as Founder and CEO of Quantum InfoTech, Inc. a fifteen year old IT services company. He also worked as a Civil/Environmental engineer working on several projects related to the Atlanta Olympics, Jacksonville Renaissance, and the City of Atlanta. Mr. Raja has considerable exposure to the real estate market both in India and USA where he has interests too. Mr. Raja’s strength in setting up and successfully running a large IT service company is helping Hestia achieve the same success through focused advice and tutelage.

Mr. Amar Paritosh has vast experience in the field of Marketing and Sales, Project Management and Quality Management Systems. His experience at different levels of organizational hierarchy in global companies coupled with his sound analytical and problem-solving skills helps him device and implement the best systems and processes for companies. His knowledge is derived from his diversified field experiences in international markets.
